Check which mobile networks (Telstra, Optus, Vodafone) have infrastructure in 812 suburbs across Tasmania.

🔑 New ACMA Rules — 30 June 2026

  • Standardised coverage maps are now mandatory. All carriers must use the same four categories: good, moderate, basic, and no coverage (below -115dBm).
  • Telstra's map lost ~1 million sq km. No towers were switched off — the measurement standard changed. Areas that previously showed marginal signal are now classed as no coverage.
  • Optus and Vodafone maps changed far less, narrowing the perceived coverage gap between carriers.
